Foundational trauma-healing techniques course
This 15 hour course (usually spread over 5 sessions) provides an overview of the key models of our work and teaches a trauma healing technique for biographical traumas, generational traumas, and body associations. These 3 healing techniques form the foundations of most of our therapy protocols.
Who is this course for?
It is designed for coaches, therapists and health professionals to add some simple but highly effective techniques to their toolkit for work with their clients. It is also for people who want to get an experience of our training to determine whether you might wish to participate in our full trauma therapy training, since it is also the first module of the trauma therapy training. (This course is not a prerequisite for the in-depth trauma therapy training course.)
